There are two basic ways of finding a webcam site in our directory: Firstly by thinking about the webcam's physical location and, secondly, from the time it has been added to Camvista.com.

1) Finding by date-added: This option will particularly suit regular visitors to Camvista.com. To find our latest additions choose a time scale and click submit.

2) If you want to find a site for a specific location then you can start by browsing the cameras for the country it is in. If the cam is in the US you can specify a state the webcam is in. Alternatively you can look for a more specific location, for example Edinburgh or Lake Tahoe.

3) Keep your search simple. Use single search terms rather than muliple terms. Eg. do not enter San Fransisco and Nappa Valley but rather California and browse from there.

4) Avoid using quotation marks and other special characters. Eg. enter Edin and not Edin* or "Edinburgh".

5) Camvista.com searches are not case sensitive. Eg edinburgh will find the same results as Edinburgh.
