Some people in the UK were very supportive when Google cars started filming Google street view for content for Google maps

This group of youngsters in Kensington, London, showed their appreciation to Google by giving the Google street view car driver a friendly wave and three cheers when the Google car drove past them.  However, the man nearly hiding behind the tree wasn't very impressed

Nice to see that Google have blurred the youngsters faces.  Well done to Google street view for showing good responsibility

Thank goodness the Google street view car was able to stop in time.  Rather a busy street to enjoy a leisurely stroll on while out walking.  Bet a few cars were peeping their horns at this nice looking girl.  The Google street view car was definately peeking at her

Sherlock Holmes live google street sighting in Cambridge, England

The Google street view car was able to detect the famous London detective, Sherlock Holmes, on the streets of Cambridge, when filming for Google street view in the city of Cambridge in England, UK

Normally Sherlock Holmes was always working in London, on many important detective cases.  However, the Google street view car might have detected Sherlock Holmes in Cambridge, while the London detective was on holiday at this University city, or maybe he was looking for his long lost colleague, and friend, Doctor Watson

How nice of the famous Sherlock Holmes to give the Google street view car in Cambridge, a nice little wave as the street view car passed him on Benet street in the University city of Cambridge, England
