a vibrant street that looks a little rough sometimes due to the amount of foot and vehicle traffic. it seems to stretch forever when on foot.
to the new traveller i would suggest good shoes, a guide and a sense of adventure. also be mindful of your money , as there are scads of tourist shops with gear and stuff that will clear you out if you dont keep it in your pocket. to be sure to go up street to trinity college and check out the books of kell and the campus itself. quite grand.
