System Requirements
Our camer viewer, camplyer requires Macromedia
Flash for viewing cameras on camvista.com. The
minimum requirements for viewing our cameras are
the following:
On a PC with Microsoft Windows you will need one
of the following web browsers, Microsoft
Internet Explorer 6.0/7/0, Mozilla Firefox,
Netscape 7, Opera 9.
·On a Macintosh, Mozilla Firefox or Safari.
Macromedia Flash Player version 8 or newer.
Javascript is enabled in your web browser.
Streaming video
In order to view streaming video on camvista.com
you will need version 10 (or higher) of
Microsoft's Windows Media Player. You can get
the latest version of the Windows Media Player
here.
Installing Flash
In order to install the Macromedia Flash
Player:
1. Go to
http://www.adobe.com/
2. Click on the "Get Macromedia Flash" button in
the left column, and follow the instructions on
the page.
Once Flash has been installed, you may need to
restart your browser.
Alternative download link: If the Flash Player
does not install correctly on your computer, you
can try the alternative install method.

Troubleshooting
If the player, or parts of the player, appears
as a black screen, or does not appear at all,
you may need to update Flash. Please verify that
you have at least version 8 of the Flash Player
installed and you are using one of the web
browsers in the system requirements listed
above. You will also need to verify that
Javascript is turned on.
Please note that the webcam player may take up
to a minute to load under slower connections,
such as dial-up.
AOL Users
If you are having difficulty installing flash,
please try the alternate download method. Click
the "Flash Player" link under the "Internet
Explorer/AOL" column.

You will also need to disable "image
compression" located under the "AOL Internet
Settings and Options" page. Locate the box that
says "never compress graphics" and make sure it
is checked.
