From Plymouth take A386 north towards Yelverton and Tavistock. At Horrabridge turn right into Graybridge Road, (just past speed camera!)- (signposted village centre). Drive through village, go over bridge and follow road round to right. Road then curves round to left (just by post office & village shop). Immediately turn right into Bedford Road (signposted Sampford Spiney), and follow road all way up the hill for approx. 1.25 miles. Go past farm on left. Turn left at the crossroads. Brook House is first house on left. Alternatively if coming from Tavistock take A386 south towards Yelverton and Plymouth. At Horrabridge turn left (signposted village centre).
