From E: leave M4 at J42. Follow A483, Fabian Way, into Swansea. Pass Sainsbury's Supermarket on left, multi storey car park on right. Road widens to 4 lanes (Tesco Store on right); take 3rd lane and turn right at traffic lights into Bathurst Street. Continue to roundabout and take 1st exit onto St Helen's Road. Pass through pedestrian lights and turn right at full traffic lights into Bryn-y-Mor Road. Follow this up the hill to the junction. Cross the main road into the road opposite, Mirador Crescent. The Grosvenor House is 75 yards along on the left.From W: leave M4 at J47. Take right exit at roundabout into A483, signed Swansea. After 2 miles, take 1st exit off small roundabout. Pass Tesco's Superstore on right and Walkers' factory on left. Road splits into 3 lanes; take 3rd lane and turn right at traffic lights into A4216, signed the Gower. Pass through 2 sets of lights and 2 mini roundabouts. The road bends sharply left and then drops downhill. Turn left at the end of the road onto A4118, Uplands Crescent. Pass through traffic lights and take 2nd turning on left into Mirador Crescent.
