Location M5 to Exeter & then A38 to Plymouth. Follow signs to City Center, & The Hoe.Turn into Notte Street look for the Barbican on your left as you pass a large antique shop on a corner next to a small car park. Continue on past a row of shops & restaruants on your right (Notte Inn, Arribas & Eastern Eye Indian & Spar Shop) Continue up the hill past the Unitarian church on your right and look for a large building called Gill Akaster House. At these lights turn left into Lockyer Street and Alfred Street is about 200yds up on the right hand side. If you miss this look for the Leat or Walrus Pub which is opposite a garage called Crescent Cars. Turn left here into Athanaeum Street and Alfred Street is about 200yds up on the left. There are 6 car parking spaces at the rear of the hotel, however if these are full, on street parking is available at either end of Alfred Street (200yds - 500yds) and is free overnight (6pm onwards) until 10am the following morning and all day Sunday. |
