The Rosaland is close to both the city centre and railway station with the university just 300 yards away. Brittany Ferry is only 1 mile away.The famous Hoe and Barbican is only 15 minutes walk away.When you come down the Hill to Plymouth stay in the left hand lane. At the roundabout take the 1st exit and stay in the left hand lane. After 500yds this lane separates with the other lanes and goes to Mutley. At the first set of lights you come to go straight on. Second set of lights straight on up the hill. At the top of the hill is 3rd set of lights bear to the left slightly going up to the brow of the hill. 4th lights turn right and go down the hill (North Rd East ). Half way down turn right at the 5th set of lights into Houndiscombe Rd - bear to the right. We are 400 yds on the right.Good luck!Peter |
