From the M74 off at junction 6 for Motherwell & Hamilton, stay left for Motherwell, come off slip road go straight through traffic lights up the hill. Drive all the way to the top at the town centre. Go straight through r/about,past Railway Station, turn right at r/about, straight through next roundabout at swimming pool. Turn left at next roundabout sign for Edinburgh.
