The Berners Hotel is central to many theatres, restaurants and bars that make London such a vibrant and exciting city to visit. The Berners is an elegant, traditional hotel that was originally built in 1835 as five classic houses. It was converted into a hotel at the turn of the 20th century and since then has consistently attracted guests who appreciate its splendour, atmosphere and service. The centrepiece is its exquisite lobby, which has a magnificent Grade II listed ceiling. The Berners lobby remains a favourite meeting place for morning coffee and afternoon tea and provides visitors with a peaceful haven from the hectic pace of London life. There are 216 comfortable, well-equipped guest rooms, 32 of which are on the Club Floor which includes a private lounge, boardroom and fitness centre. The hotel boasts an award-winning restaurant 'Reflections' where diners can relax and enjoy English cuisine with a Mediterranean twist. The hotel's bar is a regular haunt for locals and guests alike. In addition, there are four function suites with a capacity for up to 150 people in a theatre-style or 80 for a private dinner.

The London Underground:Travel to Oxford Circus (Victoria & Central Lines) or Tottenham Court Road (Northern & Central Lines). The hotel is a 6 minute walk along Oxford Street from either station. From London's Airports: From Heathrow: Take the Heathrow Express train to Paddington Station - journey time is approx. 16 minutes, the hotel is then a short taxi ride away. From Gatwick: Take the Gatwick Express train to Victoria Station, travel time is approx. 30 minutes. Then we suggest you take a taxi for the 10 minute drive to the hotel. Main Line Trains:If you are travelling from the North of England, the closest railway stations are Kings Cross and Euston. From the South, the nearest stations are Victoria and Charing Cross.
