Cancellation	Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. One child under 2 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding. There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. Meal Plan: Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. Parking: No parking available. Pets: Pets are not allowed. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

By car: The nearest motorway is the A4/M4. Head towards London then turn off towards Hammersmith. At the first roundabout, take the third exit on the left onto Shepherd's Bush Road. From the M40/A40, take the Shepherd's Bush exit. Head for Hammersmith, then follow signs for Shepherd's Bush.

Guests please note that if your arrival is late for whatever reason, you need to notify the hotel, as where rooms are booked and the guest does not arrive by 1:00am the following day from arrival date, their room can be allocated to someone else and the hotel is not held responsible. All cards that cannot be pre-authorised on day of arrival are in breach of losing their booking if arrival is not before 1:00am the following day.
