The apart-hotel provide facilities and cooking utensils. An all-day self service breakfast is included in the price: this way guests have access to food and beverages 24 hours a day. This includes but is not limited to: juices, tea, coffee, breads, cheese, jam, ham, bacon, eggs and more items (changeable from day to day).

All rooms have a private bathroom, satellite TV including all sports and movie channels, and wireless internet access. Use of multiple shared kitchen areas/lounge, and laundry facility is included. All day breakfast is available on a self service basis - this service is free to guests.

Tooting Broadway Underground Station is on the Northern Line (Zone 3). There is easy access by public transport to Central London and the South East. Located near the cosmopolitan shopping area, you will find high street stores as well as specialist Indian grocery stores. St George's Hospital (Saint Georges Hospital Tooting) is a 10 -15 minute walk away. With a huge selection of restaurants and bars there is much to do. The accommodation is set just inside from the main road, allowing for a quiet night’s sleep.

Tooting Broadway is easily accessible by train, bus and car. The Aparthotel purposefully looks like a residential property as the management neither want nor intend to have walk-in-guests who have not booked in advance. Hence the hotel does not have a big sign or board outside. By Car: Payment for parking will need to be made on the street outside the hotel between the hours of 09:30 and 17:30 from Monday to Saturday. There is always plentiful parking space available. By Public Transport: From Tooting Broadway Underground Station (Northern Line), turn right onto the main road (Mitcham Road) and pass Marks & Spencer, Greggs bakery and Subway. At Chicks, on the corner of the road, turn left. 268 Franciscan Road is 500 metres on the left-hand side.
