Eurostar: We are only ten minutes from the Waterloo Station arrivals/departures by black taxi. Airport Cars: We offer a discounted taxi (Mini cab) service from or to Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted and Luton Airport. Sightseeing tour / Fast track tickets: We can help our guest to arrange day sightseeing tour and also provide fast track ticket for London eye, Original tour sightseeing bus, Madame tussadus......those famous attractions.

The hotel will pre-authorise your credit card for the cost of the 1st night of the booking. Enrico will charge an additional 2% fee for any bank card payment. In the event of early departure, you must inform the hotel at least 72 hours before the day of departure. If the hotel are informed less than 72 hours before departure, the cost of the scheduled stay will still be charged.
