From the M5 (J30) to Exeter, take the exit marked for the A379, Topsham & Dawlish. Proceed along the dual carriageway. Take the second exit signed Dawlish & Topsham and proceed along the dual carriageway. At the roundabout take the 3rd exit for the city centre. The hotel is 1 mile on the right.
