Please call prior to arrival to arrange key collection if you are arriving outside of the normal opening hours.Emergency after hours number for guests: 0800 073 0559Check in time is between 15:00 and 22:30 We do offer a complimentary luggage storage facility prior to 15:00 if so required. Check out time is 10:00. Late checkout’s can be arranged prior to arrival or with the concierge on duty at time of check-in. There is a fee for this service of £10 per hour. The latest check-out time is 1400 hrs.We do also offer a complimentary luggage storage facility after checkout. Edinburgh is a city that is full of Stairs and Hills. Please be aware that some off the apartments are situated where climbing some steps will be required |
