Policy	We take a deposit of 20% off the total bill,and then we take the full amount less the 20% on departure including telephone and internet bills. 20% deposits are non refundable. We do not allow pets into the Relax Guesthouse and all rooms including lounge area are non-smoking.If rooms have been paid for and guest(s) do not show or make changes within 7 days of the arrival date,we are liable to take the full 100% booking value. We only take a minimum of four night stays during christmas and new year and these bookings must be made in only the christmas and new year rooms .For parking spaces, we do have a meter that you can put money into and that will give as much time as you need from monday to friday, weekends are free and you can park where ever you choose. We do various kinds of breakfasts full scottish, vegetarian, continental breakfast. If there is anything you would like, that we dont have on the menu please dont hesitate to ask. We are more than happy to oblige.
