Should it not be possible to re-sell the rooms in such circumstances, the guest shall be liable to pay for the subsequent nights’ accommodation, in addition to the first night.Relocation / Overbooking DisclaimerWe do not anticipate being oversold, and use our best efforts to avoid this circumstance, and any inconvenience to our clients should this situation arise. However, in the event of an oversold situation, we shall relocate a client to accommodation of a comparable or better standard (if it is available) at no additional charge to the client.
