No animals allowed. We are a non-smoking Guest House.In order to secure bookings we require the three digit number locating at the back of your credit card. Payments are made on arrival.Cancellations: In the event of no show or premature departure 3 days prior to the date of arrival, an amount equivalant to 100% of the total booking will be charged to your credit card. Whilist every efford is made to ensure we adhere our bookings, rarely there may be occassions that for resons beyond our control we have to council your booking we reserve the right to do so with no reason given.
