from m25 junction 13 onto m3 southbound. M3 take junction 12 onto m27 westbound to Bournemouth. Road becomes A31. Left off this road onto A338 Bournemouth. Near Bournemouth follow first sign to Boscombe pier and beaches. Hospital and tesco will be on your left. At Iford roundabout turn right. Follow this road (Christchurch Road) for around two miles until you have a set of traffic lights with left and right fork, and a pedestrian precinct ahead. Take right hand lane and follow round, left at the little round about. (sovereign shopping centre on left hand side). Next roundabout follow left and you will see Nationwide building society ahead. Next lights turn left and you are in St. Johns Road. Rosscourt Hotel is the second hotel on the left hand side.By train/bus. You will arrive in the travel interchange.
