Appearances are deceptive with the Bilderberg Kasteel 't Kerckebosch, pleasantly secluded in the Zeist forsts. When you arrive, you find yourself face to face with what seems to be the imposing gable of an ancient castle. But this 'Kasteel', or castle, was not built until 1904, although it took a great deal of its building materials from old monasteries, churches and castles. This, it seems, is what has lent the Kasteel 't Kerckebosch its imposing character. Grandeur can evidently have less old and aristocratic origins than you might think. But not only the facade of Bilderberg Kasteel 't Kerckebosch is impressive. Everything here is geared to ensuring that our guests have a pleasant stay, whether they come to the Kasteel 't Kerckebosch as holiday-makers getting away from it all, busy managers, pampered gourmets or honeymoon couples. Going from 'Kasteel' to 'Kasteel' is no problem if you want to make excursions in the area around the Bilderberg Kasteel 't Kerckebosch. Neighbouring towns such as Zeist, Amerongen and Doorn are famous for their castles. But Utrecht, with its majestic cathedral, old canals, welcoming terraces and little shops, is also worth a visit. Or do you prefer the green countryside? Even in the immediate vicinity you have plenty of choice: from the greens of a golf course to a ramble through woods and meadows. |

Public Transport Traintaxi from trainstation Driebergen-Zeist (only possible if you are in possession of a valid trainticket). From trainstation Driebergen-Zeist you can take bus 53 or 56 (from the ticketsale side). Get off at the stop 'Heerewegen' (second stop). Walk back into the direction you came from, the driving lane of Bilderberg Kasteel 't Berckebosch is at your left hand. By foot from the trainstation it will take you about 15 minutes. By Car Coming from Amersfoort on the A28 direction Utrecht. Take exit 3 Den Dolder/Zeist. Direction Zeist/Centrum (Boulevard). After about 1.5 kilometres take a left into the direction of Kerckebosch (Lindenlaan/Jagersingel/Oranje Nassaulaan). At the end of the Oranje Nassaulaan take a left (Arnhemse Bovenweg). The driveway of the Bilderberg Kasteel 't Kerckebosch is at your righthandside after about 600 metres.Parking: The hotel has a car park.
