Hotel Mitland Utrecht has a number of restaurants under one roof. You can enjoy a comprehensive (à la carte) dinner in the "Serre", with a view of the waters of Utrecht Fort de Bilt. In weekends we serve a special menu in the "Serre".A dinner buffet is served daily in the Hollandzaal. If you prefer something more casual then raclette sets or stone grills are also at your disposal.In our hotel bar "Café Forte" you can relax and enjoy a superb glass of beer, a glas of cognac, or just a glass of lemonade. The name "Forte" comes from the Utrecht Fort De Bilt, which you can see from the bar. This old military stronghold on the outskirts of Utrecht used to be part of the "Nieuwe Hollandse Waterlinie" a uniquely Dutch water-based line of defence. The outside terrace is open in the summer months. Bowling Mitland in Utrecht has 12 completely automatic bowling alleys with computer-controlled scoring systems. They are very userfriendly, so everyone can manage them. Company bowling, family competitions, children's parties: it's all possible at Mitland.Christmas evening:The restaurant and bowling centre are closed at 10.00 PMGuests can arrive for dinner till 7.00 PMWe serve a 3- course menu for EUR 24.50First and second Christmasday:Only a stone grill package in combination with bowling is possible. How to get to Hotel Mitland Utrecht by car FROM BREDA Take the A27 in the direction of "Ring Utrecht (Oost) / Hilversum / Almere". Follow the "VEEMARKT" signs at Utrecht. Take the "VEEMARKT" turning (exit 30). At the traffic lights at the T-junction, turn left and go under the viaduct. You will pass a "Texaco" petrol station on your right. Drive all the way round the first roundabout you come to so that you are driving back in the same direction as you came. Immediately after the roundabout (after about 70 metres) take the first right turn. Turn right again at the T-junction. This is the Ariënslaan. After about 300 metres, you will see Hotel Mitland to your left. FROM 'S HERTOGENBOSCH At the 'Everdingen' crossroads (where the A27 and the A2 split up) a good 10 km before Utrecht, follow the Utrecht / Almere (A27) signs. Stay on the A27 until you see the "VEEMARKT" signs when level with Utrecht. For further directions, see directions 'FROM BREDA'. FROM AMSTERDAM Follow the A2 to the "Oudenrijn" intersection. Then follow the "Ring Utrecht" signs which will bring you on to the A12. Follow the "Ring Utrecht" signs here too. At the "Lunetten" intersection, follow the "Ring Utrecht / Amersfoort / Hilversum (A27) signs. For further directions, see 'FROM BREDA'. FROM THE HAGUE Follow the A12 as far as the "Lunetten" intersection. Take the "Ring Utrecht / Amersfoort / Hilversum (A27) turning. Once on the A27, follow the "VEEMARKT" signs. For further directions, see 'FROM BREDA'. FROM HILVERSUM Take the A27 in the direction of Utrecht. Follow the "Veemarkt, Centrum, de Bilt" signs at exit 30 when level with Utrecht. How to get to Hotel Mitland Utrecht by public transportation FROM AMSTERDAM, SCHIPHOL AIRPORT There is a train leaving for Utrecht Central Station every half hour. Departure times: 23 and 53 minutes past every hour. Traveltime including change (in Duivendrecht): 35 minutes. FROM UTRECHT CENTRAL STATION (1) Due to the road works in Utrecht City Centre we advise you to take a train taxi (treintaxi) FROM UTRECHT CENTRAL STATION (2) - Bus number 57 direction: Bilthoven Station Departure time: every 15 minutes between 06.39 a.m. and 00.10 p.m. - Bus-stop "De Veemarkthallen". - About a 5 minutes walk to Hotel Mitland. - Turn left, into the park (Manegelaan). - Follow the signs Hotel Mitland.The hotel has private parking, +/- 200 places.No additional costs, no possibility to reserve.
