Within the hotel is a breakfast restaurant, a Petit restuarant, the hotel lounge and bar and the a la carte restaurant.The breakfast restaurant is situated in the serre, breakfast is served between 8.30 and 10.00 in the morning. you will find a large selection of diferent kinds of bread, a wide variation in cheese and charcutery, all kind of juices and scrumbled egg and bacon. Breakfast is served as a buffet.The Petit Restaurant is also situated in the serre and is opening after breakfast is served from 10.oo in the mroning till 17.00 hours. From 10 til 12 this the place where you can have your coffee or tea with the homemade local pie called "Apple Limon Vlaai" wich the hotel is so well known for. From 12 noon till 17.00 hours all kind of salad's and snacks are served. In the summertime there is also a terrace in front of the hotel with the same service as in the Petit restaurant. During the year you can have your coffe or tee in the hotel lounge. Here also the aperitive before dinner is served. At Last you can have a gastronomical dinner in our a la carte restaurant. Ingredients like fresh lobster, black winter truffle and goose liver are on the menu throughout the year. You are either welcome for an elaborate meal aswell as only for a starter or a main course. The service is very friendly.

Hotel Restaurant Slenaker Vallei is situated in the centre of the pitoresque village of Slenaken in the South of the Provence Limburg in the Netherlands. The hotel is just a stonethrow away from cities like Maastricht, Valkenburg, Aachen (D) and Lutig (B).The direct surroundings of the hotel are ideal for hiking or cicling.

From Amsterdam, Utrecht or Rotterdam take the highway to Eindhoven.From Eindhoven take the A2 to Maastricht.In Maastricht stay on the A2 in the direction of Lutig until you reach the sign N278 direction Vaals Cadier en Keer.Once on the N278 in the direction of Vaals drive up to Margraten and go straigth ahead when you reach the traffic lights. After about 1200 meters there is a sign to your right hand side with Slenaken. Turn right here and follow the road for about 6 kilometers. At a big cross of two roads you turn left as the sign to Slenaken. You enter the village after 400 meters. Just follow the road als o the sharp curve to the left. After 100 meters Hotel Slenaker Vallei is at your lefthand side.
