Cancellation	All reservations are guaranteed untill 18.00hrs on the day of arrival. May you require a late-check in, we kindly request a creditcardnumber + expirationdate to guarantee your booking. In case we do not receive a guarantee we are unable to hold your reservation after 18.00hrs. In case of no show the costs of the first night will be charged to your creditcard. In case of a company-guarantee we hold the reservation till 01.00hrs. If the guest doesn't show, the no show-costs will be billed to the company. It is possible to cancel the reservation without obligation more than 24 houres before the commencement date. In case of cancellation within 24 houres before the commencement date, the customer is obliged to pay for the first night.
