Hotel Wyswert has an excellent a la carte restaurant 'Le Pluvier Doré'. The menu is changed every six weeks with regard to seasonality of products. The price of a Hotel Wyswert 3-course menu is € 17,50, for an a la carte 3-course menu, the price is € 19,50 per person.With a group, you can also make use of our 'Kookstudio'. Via the AfsluitdijkFollowing the A31 from Harlingen you will enter Leeuwarden.Drive ¾ around the roundabout (the roundabout can be recognised by the fountain in the middle), called “Europaplein”, following direction Hardegarijp. (Valeriusstraat)Follow the Valeriusstraat/Dammelaan and at the traffic lights where you see “The Blauwe Golf” swimming-pool, keep going straight ahead. At the following set of traffic lights, turn right. (Rengerslaan)The road will bend right and then left. Past the left bend you will see a driveway on the left, with a sign “locatie Wyswert”.At the front of the building you will see a sign with the following text on it: “Hotel Wyswert: hotel, restaurants en accommodatie”. Please state your reason of business at the barrier and you will be given access to the parking area. Via the IJsselmeerpolders:Take the A50 towards Joure.When you come to the roundabout Joure drive towards Heerenveen on the A7.At the junction Heerenveen, take direction Leeuwarden on the N32.Over the bridge, turn left on to Julianalaan.You follow this road; Julianalaan with one roundabout, which will then change to Heliconweg with two roundabouts. Keep going straight over these roundabouts.When you come to the roundabout Europaplein (a roundabout with a fountain situated in the middle), go straight ahead (direction Hardegarijp). From here you can follow the description of “Via the Afsluitdijk” starting at point three.Via DrachtenFollow the sign for Wergea-Leeuwarden.You enter Leeuwarden via the N358 from Drachten.(Drachsterweg)At the traffic lights, go straight on, towards “Lekkum/Stiens”.You follow this ring road (starting at the Pieter Stuyvesantweg), keep going straight at all roundabouts direction ‘Stiens’.At the traffic lights you turn left (direction ‘Stiens’; this is the Gerbrandyweg).At the roundabout you go straight and after crossing the canal, you take the next turn left at the traffic lights, into the Rengerslaan.The road will bend right and then left. Past the left curve you will see a driveway on the left, with a sign “locatie Wyswert”.At the front of the building you will see a sign with the following text on it: “Hotel Wyswert: hotel, restaurants en accommodatie”. Please state your reason of business at the barrier and you will be given access to the parking area.From the (bus)station in LeeuwardenTake bus nr. 4 towards Bilgaard. This bus leaves at 10 min., 30 min., and 50 min. past the full hour.You can get off at the second bus stop in the Rengerslaan (bus stop ‘Chr. Hogeschool’).The building of the Christelijke Hogeschool Nederland is on your right hand side (white building with red window frames).The entrance of “Hotel Wyswert” is located next to the bus stop.
