You have to order the down-payment within 24 hours after you made your reservation-request.(last minutes within 4 hours after making the reservation!!)Be aware that you take attention about the supplement-costs in case you are staying only 2 nights or if more persons will use the accommodation then belonging to the listed prices. Your bookings-option will be cancelled if you do not contact us or if we are not able to contact you and if no down-payment is received within 24 hours.

The apartments and studio-rooms have (electric)cooking facilities. Pots, dishes, cutlery is basic and not new.All kind of (night)shops, supermarkets, restaurants, cafe's and coffee-shops are in the main shopping streets nearby. Only 5 - 10 minutes walking.

Audio installations, pets or party's are forbidden. Most of the rooms are smoking rooms. Only the rooms 18 D / E / H are no-smoking rooms inside the 3-rooms-apartments.

All kind (night)-shops, post-office, 3 cash-points, many restaurants and take-away-restaurants within 5 minutes walking.

Location = HOLENDRECHTSTRAAT = Tram 4 + night-bus 355 - stop ISRAELS-KADE ( the system run 24 hours ) You can collect the keys 1 hour after landing your flight or ½ hour after arrival Central Station in Amsterdam Cheap taxi-service 24 hours to or from Airport Amsterdam. If you organize the Taxi-pick-up ( max 8 persons in 1 taxi-bus from Airport Amsterdam to apartment in location Holendrechtstraat = total price Euro 32,00 )From Central Station to Holendrechtstraat the taxi should cost Euro 12,00.Public-transport for a weekend: buy the “15-strippenkaart” € 6,50 euro = 7 x zone-centre; For children 04 – 16 year + 65-plus = € 4,30 euro.CHEAP!! For 4 days or more: Buy a 7-days-pass ONE-ZONE-centre 5700 = € 10,50 euro for metro + tram. Night-bus 355 is not include.For children 04 – 16 year + 65-plus = € 7,00 euro. Buy your ticket stop-train to Station-Rai = € 2,10 euro.ATTENTION: take NEVER the train to Central-Station !!! Take stop-train direction Duivendrecht to 2e stop = Station RAI ( 9 minutes )+ Take Bus 66 or 199 to River Amstel ( 6 minutes ) + walk 5 minutes. Within maximum 45 minutes you are home. If you arrive buy train at Central Station: 20 MINUTES to the apartments. ( Central Station is NOT the centre of Amsterdam ).Take Metro to Amstel-Station = 10 minutes + walk 6 minutes to River Amstel, cross the bridge to the BLOCK + turn right on Amsteldijk. After 50 meters turn left inside the Uithoorn-straat.---------------------------------------------------------- From Bus-stop River Amstel ( corner Amsteldijk / Vrijheidslaan )walk 5 minutes: Walk 50 meters to 1E street-corner = Uithoornstraat + turn left + Walk 75 meters to 1E street-corner = Holendrechtstraat + turn right + Walk 100 meters to 2E street-corner = Buildings nummer 36 / 16 + turn left to reception 28 ---------------------------------------------------------- By car: from Rotterdam or Airport Schiphol take Highway A-4 direction Amsterdam; EXIT = S 109 = to station Rai, follow route Tram 4 = Rooseveldtlaan to Vrijheidslaan, turn left inside Rijnstraat direction city-centre, Only 10 minutes. By car from Amersfoort: take Highway A-1 direction Amsterdam; At the end follow ROUTE A-10 West direction EXIT = S 110 By car from Utrecht: take Highway A-2 direction Amsterdam direction EXIT = S 110 = cross the River Amstel, go straight in Rijnstraat + after 2 kilometer cross Vrijheidslaan, Only 10 min. After 400 meters 1e street-corner turn right inside Amstelkade. After 700 meters 3e street turn right inside Holendrechtstraat.Buy a parking-ticket on each street-corner + park your car. Bike-rental: Amstel-station from € 35,00 per week or € 6,50 per day

To secure a booking you have to pay within 24 hours after now a down-payment 20 - 25%. Lastminutes ( = 48 hours before arrival ) you have to pay within 12 hours after now. - At arrival a deposit is required that is hold in safe-keeping. Deposit to refund in cash when you return keys + accommodation + cooking-equipment in clean condition. Time collecting keys: Fixed period of 30 minutes to organize between 15 – 21 pm ( no storage luggage and arrival before 15 pm ) Time returning keys: between 08 – 11 am Other times on request with extra charge. Although you have to sent credit card details with your reservation-request you have to make a down-payment to make your reservation definit.As soon we receive your reservation-request we will send you an e-mail with additional pictures concerning your studio(room) or apartment and information about how to finish your reservation. Be aware that you recalculate the total-price IF you stay only 2 nights or IF you stay with less or more persons.We appreciate that you view the photos and understand that there are all kind of beds. It will be sofa-beds + raised-beds + double-and single-beds.The studio-rooms D, E, F, G, H are rooms INSIDE a 3-, 4-rooms apartment. You share the main-door + hall with other rooms.It is very important that you reply on emails within 2 hours. To secure a booking you have to order a real down-payment within 24 hours.We advise that you supply your reservation-request with a telephone-number where we can reach you in a few hours after you send your request!!If we can not contact you or if you do not confirm within a few hours to accept the total-price we will cancel your reservation-option immediately.We have to make the accommodation again available for other potential guests.Be aware that you take attention about the SUPPLEMENT-COSTS in case you are staying only 2 nights or if more persons will use the accommodation then belonging to the listed prices. ( some apartments give a extra discount if less persons use the accommodation ).For down-payments by credit card we use ON-LINE PAYPAL secure-money-services. You have to pay ON-LINE.To book you also have to sign to accept a rental-agreement ( with rental-, payment, cancellation-conditions ) and to return within 24 hours including the exact time-period of 30 minutes that you collect the keys.
