The Best Western Lancaster is a first class hotel located in the greenest part of the city center in Amsterdam, opposite the Artis Zoo. The hotel is housed in an attractive 100 year old building, which was fully renovated in 1999. The renovation provided modern and comfortable guest rooms while retaining the atmosphere of the olden days. The hotel has an authentic, somewhat monumental feel, but with 93 rooms, the hotel is not large and impersonal.
