Arriving by train: From the station 'Taormina-Giardini' we organize the pick-up by taxi for euro 11,00/one way if required. Or you go to Taormina by bus. From the bus terminal to the hotel 'La Pensione Svizzera' you just go 200 mt. (city direction). Arriving by plane: If you arrive at the airport Catania (CTA) Fontana Rossa (about 70 kms from Taormina) we can organize the pick-up by taxi for euro 60,00/one way if required (about 60 minutes) you can go by train from the main station of Catania to the station 'Taormina-Giardini'. To get to the main station you take the bus or hire a taxi. From the station 'Taormina - Giardini' to the hotel either you go by bus (bus terminal) or by taxi which can be arranged by us. You reach Taormina by bus in 1 1/2 or 2 hours. The bus station is situated on the right side of the main building of the airport. From the bus terminal to the hotel 'La Pensione Svizzera' you just walk about 200 ms (city direction). |
