Cancellation	You can cancel your reservation until 15 days before the arrival day without any charge. After that time 1 NIGHT NO-SHOW will be charged on your credit card. If you cancel the reservation 7 days before the arrival date, the 50% will be charged, if you cancel 3 days before the 75% will be charged. If you cancel during your stay or if you don't come the total amount will be charged on your credit card!

The Anfiteatro Flavio B&B has comfortable and elegant rooms. The 16 rooms are distributed over 4 floors, and they are different for shape and size. Some rooms have an internal balcony others external windows. All the rooms are quiet and comfortable and furnished with a writing desk, a wardrobe and a refrigerator.Some rooms have balcony and these rooms are are available upon request.

The Anfiteatro Flavio B&B is located in Via dei Serpenti, a few steps from the Roman forums and the Coliseum and very close to Via Nazionale, one of the main streets of Rome. In the surroundings you can find all you might need: shopping facilities,a large choice of restaurants, cinemas and theatres. Shopping opportunities include top boutiques in Via Nazionale, Via del Corso, Piazza di Spagna and Via del Tritone. The hotel is easily accessible from four subway stations (lines A and B), and is well-placed for Rome's main railway station (Termini).

You can reach the hotel from the main airport Fiumicino by train and get off at Termini main railway station, take underground for 1 stop direction Laurentina and get off at Cavour.You can take a taxi(5 minutes). There is a taxi stand in front of the railway station.We can also organize your pick-up from the airport:At the exit of the international terminal you will be met by a driver who will have a sign with your name and who will take you directly to the hotel. It will be a cab with air conditioning and the ride will last about 30 minutes. You will pay the ride directly to the driver, at a cost of about Euro 47,00.In case of late arrival at night (10pm-7am), a supplementary payment of Euro 5,00 will be added, for a total cost of Euro 52,00. If you are more than 4 people: Mini bus for 5/7 people are available at Euro 60.00/65.00.Please note that in order to be able to book you the cab we need to know:- your flight number; - your departing airport; - your expected arrival time; - we also need you to clearly identify from wich of the two airports Fiumicino ( Leonardo da Vinci ) or Ciampino your plane will land.
