We would like to welcome you to my property estate consisting in 3 casale villas-all of them situated on a hill- top with a fantastic view, and impressive very old trees park of pines that are the symbol of the little village below. The apartments are from a minimum of 45 to an average space of 100 square metres, all of them have been restored taking care to leave the original structure, they are comfortable and the rooms are furnished with antique articles together with modern conforts as satellite color television. We also have a tower room (on the top of the casolare with terrific view) used as double or triple of about 40 square meters and bathroom with bath-tub.In particolar, we have the Baita apartment of 45 square metres with a double and a single bed furnished with lovely pieces of antiques (the double bed was of a count of end 1700), a kitchen provided with all tools a firelace and a bathroom with shower.An other apartment Chalet is of about 100 square metres and can be occupied by up to 2 families with children (even 4+3) because it has 2 very big bedroom a large living-room with fireplace and ensuite kitchen, a very big bathroom and 2 indipendent entrances. The proud of the owner is the last restauration just finished, with the and the 2 big apartments of about 100 square meters each with 2 big bedrooms 2 bathrooms (one with water-massage bath-tub) and a very big kitchen-living-room area and a porch overlooking the clorine free-swimming-pool the name is 'Cottage. All of the proposed soluctions are part of an elusive property of about 15 acres of land, all with fence and automatic gate (you will receive a remote control), plenty of possibility of relaxing walking all around or liying under the sun on one of a lot places with greeen grass. The old farmhouse is situated on a real hiltop side withwonderful wiew in a great meadow, old pines trees park, (the simbol of the village of Ramazzano) and a little wood where youll find tables, chairs and hammocks and a barbecue.').The property is surroundud by woodland.where you can even watch wild animals like deers, foxes,wildboars etc.There are a lot of trekking trips arriving to very beautiful spots in the country-high hill side.
