From Milano or Bologna take the A4 Autostrada and exit at Dolo-Mirano (even if you come the East), then follow signs to Mira. Keep straight on for about 3 Km until you get to the main street SS n. 11. Turn left and just cross the centre of Mira. At the 3rd traffic light turn right, go down Don Minzoni, 800 meters later you will see the hotel (on the left side). From Venice-Mestre railway station: take the subway under the train station to the direction of Marghera.
