How to arriveOnce you reach Capri from either Naples (harbour Beverello (frequent departures both by ferry and hydrofoil) or Mergellina (just a few hydrofoils each day)) or Sorrento, you will find it easiest to reach the centre of Capri by funicolare, the cable car that in only three minutes brings you to the Piazzetta. From there it’s only a five minutes walk down Via Vittorio Emanuele to reach the Hotel Regina Cristina.Much luggage? There is a very reliable porter service that for only 6,00 euro a piece brings your suitcases from the boat to the hotel lobby. The porters can be found whenever you get of the hydrofoil!
