The rail network (OSE) is limited, slow and often late, but the routes are romantic, especially in the Peloponnese. Xifoupolis Hotel is 5 kilometers ( 3 miles) from the city of Monemvasia. When you arrive in Monemvasia city center, you simply take the road heading south. When you leave Monemvasia you will see signs for KASTELA and AGIA PARASKEVI. Follow the signs for KASTELA and when you reach a junction take the direction for XIFIAS. After 1.5 kilometres you will see AKTI NEFELI HOTEL.
