Cancellation	Free cancellation until 24 hours before arrival date (except during fair-time. After that point, a cancellation fee of 100% of the first night will be charged.During fair-times a cancellation free of charge only is possible up to 8 weeks before arrival-date. After that, the total amount of the booking will be charged.Fair-times 2006 are:from 24th January till 29th January 2006from 09th Feburary till 14th February 2006from 28th March till 01st April 2006from 22nd April till 27th April 2006from 14th May till 19th May 2006from 29th May till 01st June 2006from 24th August till 29th August 2006from 11th September till 17th September 2006from 3rd October till 08th October 2006from 13th November till 16th November 2006from 28th November till 02nd December 2006During the worldcup-period (= 07th June till 11th Juli 2006) a cancellation free of charge is not possible. From point of reservation till 15th December there will be a cancellation fee of 20% of total booking. I case of reservation after that date or in case of no show, 100% of the total amount will be charged.Also an advance deposit is required during the worldcup. At point of reservation we ask for 10% deposit. Additional 30% deposit will be required until 1st February 2006. The remaining 60% of the total amount is due on 1st April 2006.
