Cancellation	Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 15 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 35 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 60 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 85 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for cots. All children from 2 to 14 years are charged EUR 40.00 per night and person for extra beds. All older children or adults are charged 100 % of the room stay per night for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: No internet access available. Meal Plan: Breakfast is included in the room rate. Parking: Public parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 17.00 per day. Pets: Pets are not allowed. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

Every morning we offer an elaborate breakfast buffet: ham, other sorts of meat- and cheese products. Yoghurt, fruit juice, white cheese, croissants, butter biscuit, bread, and fresh fruit, fruit salad,... + Full English Breakfast served in our romantic breakfast room and of course a friendly and efficient service by our permanent staff. There's also the possibility to reserve your 4-course diner in hotel Malecot (20 Euro per person). Bar is open every day from 8h till 22h. Close to hotel Avenue there are about 50 restaurants and 300 restaurants in total in Blankenberge.

The Hotel Malecot is located in the heart of Blankenberge, close to the beach and only a brief walk from all the town has to offer. The Casino, the Sea-life centre, the Sand sculptures and last but not least, the restored Pier with its Train-city are only some of the attractions waiting for you. The railway-station, the tram and the bus-stops are a 5 minutes walk (200m) from the hotel. You can easily explore the coast and the countryside by public transport. Hotel Malecot is also easily accessible by car. The ferry-terminal (from Hull and from Scotland ) in Zeebrugge are only 5 km from the hotel. Brugge, a town of history and culture: 12 km Knokke and the bird-sanctuary ‘et Zwin’ 12 km Damme, a pittoresc medieval village: 17 km Sluis, a charming town in Holland: 17 km

Chip and pin credit cards or cash are the only accepted methods of payment (for security reasons the hotel cannot accept credit cards that do not have chip and pin).
