Cancellation	Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 24.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 5.00 per hour. Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. Half board is not included and costs EUR 19.00 per person. Parking: Private parking is possible at a location nearby and costs EUR 7.50 per day. Pets: Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

The Patron will make sure you can get a delicious menu in the cosy restaurant. The groceries are done every morning and the patron makes sure only the best and most fresh products will enter the kitchen. The kitchen is Belgium- French cuisine, with a lot of local and seasonal products. You can reserve a table at the hotel directly. On Thursday the restaurant is closed, butin July and August the restaurant is open constantly.

The hotel is only a minute walk from the beach. The tramstop is 100 metres away and you will find the parking at 30 metres.

Please be advised that the check in on Thursdays has to be before 12.00 hrs, unless otherwise is agreed with the hotel. Please reserve parking place for bicycles at the hotel before arrival.
