Cancellation	Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, 75 percent of the first three nights will be charged. Being at the guest’s disposal more than 33 rooms and three suites predominantly with balconies. These have a wonderful view of the lake and the mountains, wrapped up into a light, tasteful ambiance. The rooms are comfortable and with all conveniences.

With its surface area of 6.5 sq km and reaching a length of 11.6 km, Weissensee is the clearest bathing lake in the Alps and is at the same time located at the highest altitude. The lake with drinking water quality reminds us of the most beautiful northern fjords with the significant difference that its water temperature can warm up even to 24-25 °C in summer. The majority of the lake’s area is a nature reserve; therefore enjoyment of the almost untouched natural environment is not disturbed by motor vehicle traffic or any other noise-producing activity.

Approaching Hotel Weissensee from the direction of Germany-Salzburg: We drive on highway Tauern in the towards Spittal/Drau until we reach exit Lendorf (which heads for the direction of Lienz and West-Weissensee), we continue on highway 100 until we reach Greifenburg and then we turn for the direction of Kreuzbergstrasse which leads straight to Weissensee. From the direction of Lienz/East-Tirol : We drive on highway Drautal (Oberdrauburg-Berg/Drautal) until Greifenburg and then we turn for the direction of Kreuzbergstrasse which leads straight to Weissensee. From the direction of Italy/Wien/Graz/Klagenfurt : We drive on Südautobahn (A2) towards the direction of Italy until the first possible exit towards Hermagor after Villach-Warmbad junction (first exit after frontiers of Italy) continue on highway B111 on which we drive to the roundabout in the center of Hermagor, and then we follow the lead of the sign "Weissensee-Westufer" and then finally we reach Weissensee at Kreuzbergstrasse.
