Cancellation	Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 10 years stay free of charge for extra beds. All older children or adults are charged EUR 40.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is included. Internet: Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge. Internet via modem is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge. Meal Plan: Breakfast is not included and costs EUR 12.00 per person. Parking: Public parking is possible at a location nearby and costs EUR 14.00 per day. Pets: Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

There are coffee shops and restaurants in all price ranges within minutes of the apartments, which feature small kitchens to prepare breakfast.

All our apartments are individually furnished. One apartments offers a view of Getreidegasse, the other of the courtyard and the garden.

The apartments are opposite the famous hotel "Goldener Hirsch", close to all major sights and tourist attractions of the old town of Salzburg, and only one minute to the Ticket-Center.

We recommend that you park in the parking garage Altstadt-Mitte (left entrance A-Getreidegasse). Take the elevator to floor number one, then follow the signs to Altstadt, then Getreidegasse. Pass the courtyard of the toy museum and cross the street, then turn left. Getreidegasse begins after approx. 20 metres. Number 42 is on the left-hand side of the street.
