Cancellation	Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 90 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 40 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 70 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 90 percent of all nights will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 5.00 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 22.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2. Deposit Policy: 20 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 89 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. EUR 2.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. Internet: Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the hotel rooms and costs EUR 4.00 per hour. Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 10.00 per person. Half board is not included and costs EUR 25.00 per person. Parking: Free Private parking is possible on site. Pets: Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

All apartments are equipped with a living room or living-sleeping room as well as a balcony or terrace.

In winter, the apartment complex is located in the centre of Austria’s largest skiing area - Ski World Wilder Kaiser-Brixental - with 180 km of ski runs and a total of 93 ski lifts. In addition, guests can enjoy cross-country skiing, toboggan runs and snowboarding.

By Car: - Coming from Germany follow the Munich-Rosenheim motorway until exit Kufstein. - Follow the road in the direction of Ellmau. - From Vienna follow the motorway in the direction of Salzburg. - Continue on the B178, direction of Lofer/St. Johann. - Follow the road until Ellmau. By Public Transport: - Take a bus to Ellmau from either train station Kufstein, Wörgl or St.Johann. By Plane: - Innsbruck and Salzburg airport are approximately 90 km away.

Final cleaning (EUR 38 for an Apartment Type 1, EUR 46 for an Apartment Type 2) will be charged directly at the hotel. There will be higher charges starting at 13th December 2008.
