Cancellation	Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 90 percent of all nights will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 3 years stay free of charge for extra beds. All children under 3 years stay free of charge for cots. All children from 4 to 5 years are charged 30 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds. All children from 6 to 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds. All children from 13 to 14 years are charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2. Deposit Policy: A fixed amount of EUR 150 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is included. Internet: Wireless internet is available in public areas and costs EUR 5.00 per hour. Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. Parking: Free Private parking is possible on site. Pets: Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

Culinary specialities: Half-board with breakfast buffet served until 10:30; light lunch; "harmony tea" and fruits in the wellness area all day long; "sweet dreams" in the afternoon; 5-course à la carte dinner menu; special appetizer buffet, featuring produce from our own farm; for the kids: "Oskar" prepares a daily special buffet for our young guests or a special dinner on board of the pirate ship. The hotel bar is a daytime cafeteria and evening piano bar.

A great variety of rooms is awaiting you. From the regular single rooms, the cosy double rooms and the family-style double rooms with extra beds for the small ones to an apartment for up to 4 persons with two separate rooms and, finally, the most popular one: the "Oskar" family suite on 60 m² for at least 4 persons in 2 separate rooms on 2 levels.

Bad Kleinkirchheim is one of Austria's best known holiday resorts, combining skiing opportunities with numerous recreational facilities. A free shuttle service connects the slopes and spas - although the Harmony's are directly on the slopes. Cosy ski chalets and a great number of snow-cleared winter hiking trails welcome you to enjoy the picturesque surroundings. Atop nearby Kaiserburg mountain are 2 kilometres of illuminated toboggan runs. With more than 100 kilometres of downhill slopes and 50 kilometres of cross-country tracks in the region, your holiday at the Hotel Kärntnerhof is sure to be special. Snow-machines guarantee snow coverage throughout the entire winter season. There is a large nature area of 5,000 m² around the hotel, featuring a playground with slides and swings, Oskar's clubhouse and a small petting zoo and farm.

By car: - From Germany follow the A10 motorway until the exit Millstättersee. - From Vienna and Graz follow the A2 motorway until the exit Klagenfurt-Nord/Feldkirchen. Once in Bad Kleinkirchheim, pass the tourist office and turn right into Maibrunnenweg. After approximately 100 metres you will come to our hotel. By train: - From Germany get off at Spittal/Milstättersee or St. Veit/Glan . - From Vienna get off at Villach. By plane: - With HLX or Ryan Air fly to Klagenfurt. Shuttle to Bad Kleinkirchheim.

Travel period: During the high season (from July 19 until August 23 2008) stay are only possible for 7 nights. Arrivals are only possible on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Travel card: "Kärnten Card" - your free sightseeing card for more than 100 sights within Carinthia. From your first day on, free of charge for the entire family (April to October). Ski/thermal bath weeks: Free skiing and 50% off the entrance fee for the thermal spas in Bad Kleinkirchheim (last two weeks in March). Dogs are accepted for an additional charge.
